It all started when...

Since 2017, Tessa begun making crochet blankets, scarves and baby shoes, this items were done with Mrs.Argelia collaboration. The alliance with Dona CM a new line of doll dresses was given birth.

Tessa falls in love with the old traditional Japanese technique called Amigurumi, it is crochet technique to create dolls and characters and she starts to crocheting different characters for children and grownups.

The name Numu born of the of the contraction of the Spanish words “Nuevo Mundo” (New World), it is the starup dedicated to create characters for babies, toddlers, children and grownups with acrylic or cotton yarn. Those are handmade in my home in Michigan, putting of love and attention to the details for days and even weeks until a new “Numu character” is born. At the end the result is very much worth waiting.
